Meet Shikha and Vincie, the visionaries behind GD Water Consult Pvt. Ltd. Their story began in South Delhi back in 2007 when they became increasingly concerned about their children's health due to the water quality they were using daily for bathing, brushing their teeth, and washing their hands. Despite resorting to bottled or RO water for drinking, the water in their tanks remained a source of worry.

The traditional solution of regular tank cleaning posed its own set of challenges. The sight of the cleaning personnel, often untidy and chewing paan, raised doubts about the hygiene standards of the process. Shikha and Vincie hesitated to use the cleaned water, fearing contamination.

Frustrated by these recurring issues and aggravated by erratic water supply, they decided to take matters into their own hands. After extensive research, they developed a revolutionary solution: a non-invasive tank cleaning method that eliminated the need to empty the tank or expose it to human contact. This innovative approach minimises water wastage, completing the cleaning process in just 25-30 minutes for tanks up to 1000 litres and around an hour for larger tanks up to 5000 litres.
